There is no serial number assigned to the product. There is no charge for this certificate. Level 2 Certificate of Accuracy The Certificate of Accuracy is provided upon request. A serial number is assigned and is placed on the certificate and the product. The product is inspected visually and its accuracy is within the value stated on the certificate. Level 3 Certificate of Accuracy - Long Form The Certificate of Accuracy - Long Form is provided upon request. A serial number is assigned and is placed on the certificate and the product. The product is inspected and a report is provided listing all the pertinent actual dimensions compared to the marked dimensions on the product or engineering drawing. The charge for this service is based on the chart or scale to be inspected. Level 4 Certificate of Accuracy - Long Form with Third Party Inspection The Certificate of Accuracy - Long Form with Third Pary Inspection Report is provided upon request. A serial number is assigned and is placed on the certificate and the product. The product is inspected and a report is provided listing all the pertinent actual dimensions compared to the marked dimensions on the product or engineering drawing. In addition, a third party inspection report is provided. This certificate and accompanying report follows the guidelines provided by ISO 9000. The charge for this service is based on the chart or scale to be inspected.
